How To Do Side Lunges Side Luge working  is a leg stretching for leg

You want to Stretch your left leg 10-15 times. 

After completing the Stretch of left leg do this

 same process with right leg  as show in image.



How to Do a Side Lunge

1) Stand with feet together and hands clasped in front of chest.

2) Take a large step out to the right, immediately lowering into a lunge, sinking hips back and bending right knee to track directly in line with right foot. Keep left leg straight but not locked, with both feet pointing forward.

3) Push off the right foot to straighten right leg, step right foot next to left, and return to starting position.
