How to Do a Lunge | POPSUGAR Fitness Lunge exercise is a second exercise of leg. We can do this workout in following way

1) Keep your body streght and join your bout leg.

2) Move your right leg back and bang it on surfaces. your let knee touch on surface.

3} Your upper body should be strate .

4) Your Left leg should be font size and your 

leg knee should take a u-turn saft as show in image.
