Leg Part Workout



Leg Is a important part for body Workout. For example If I want to build a home for me. So First I want to build a Base strong. If the Basic of my House is not Strong Than my House will not strong and It full-Down in 2-3 year. so in this Example my lag is a base and my upper body is my house.
until and unless my Leg will not strong and my upper body is strong so it is not good. To make your full body strong you should make your leg strong and your upper body also.
