1) Squat Workout -
Squat Workout is a vary Important of leg exercise. We can understand this workout Stap by Stap -
1) Make a distance between in both Leg. Your bout Lag. Your Lag should be in the line of your Shoulder.
2) Your Chest should be stead and your upper-back should be straight.
3) If you have the Rodh so your Roth wight
should be on your shoulder and your hand should hold the rodh ( show in Image ) and if you donot have the rodh so your hand should be straight in the line of shoulder.
4) First you will go down and you upper leg part should be in the line of joins.
5) While going down your upper part of your body will band and your chest be stead.
6) While doing this workout you will see front
